BATON ROUGE — All Republican candidates from East Baton Rouge Parish in the Nov. 6 election are being invited to attend and speak at the Ronald Reagan Newsmaker Luncheon Tuesday, Sept. 11 at Café Américain. The reception is at 11:30 and lunch at 12 noon.
