Remembering Milam Douglas Venable

After last week’s playoff victory by Central over Ponchatoula, coach Sid Edwards (left) presented the game ball to Mrs. Jo Ann Watts Venable in honor of her husband, Milam Douglas Venable, who passed away Friday, Nov. 2, while attending the previous week’s Central High football game.
